Mikey is a sweet but very shy and skittish pup looking for a patient forever home. He is a 1 year old, male, Pit Bull mixed breed. He requires a home with a fully fenced in back yard in a family without children under 12. He will need people willing to understand that the transition from shelter dog to family pet might take a bit. He is going to be SO worth the effort. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.
Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
