Meet Ronan. He is a ray of absolute sunshine who was actually born right here at our shelter on 3/20/2022 as part of the very popular Mama Cass litter. They were delicious pups born in the Summer of 2022. The only difference is that this puppy is now 4 years old and has grown into a very large, very happy, and very handsome grown up (who appears to have upgraded himself to the XL family size edition).
Ronan recently found his way back to us in a very unexpected way after animal control near Vermont reached out because he had been found running as a stray. Thanks to his microchip, we learned he had originally been adopted from us and later given away by his family.
Ronan is now back with the people who loved him first, and honestly, we all adore this big guy. He gets along with other dogs, loves people, and has the kind of joyful personality that makes it very hard not to smile when he’s around. He is sweet, social, goofy, and large enough that when he loves you, you will be loved in a very enthusiastic, full contact, 76lb way. Ronan is looking for the right home this time, one where he can finally settle in, be cherished, and live out his best life as the big lovable legend he was clearly always meant to be.
