Ophelia is a darling little Chihuahua with a heart as big as her story. Originally from Puerto Rico, this sweet girl has already been through so much — including successful heartworm treatment, leaving her with a heart murmur — and she’s now ready for the happy life she’s always deserved.
Ophelia is 10 years old and is the perfect mix of calm and cuddly. She’s extremely sweet and affectionate, loving gentle attention and cozy snuggle time.
She gets along well with other small dogs and enjoys having quiet companionship. While she’s not a high-energy pup, she still enjoys short walks and little adventures — especially if they end with treats and love.
Ophelia could stand to lose just a little weight, but with regular walks and a healthy routine, she’ll be in perfect shape in no time.
