Monty is an adorable guy from Texas who’s discovering that the world is actually a pretty wonderful place.
Sometimes he needs a minute.
Sometimes he looks at something new like it’s a final exam he forgot to study for.
Then someone offers a treat, tells him he’s a good boy, and suddenly he’s ready to give the whole thing another chance.
Frankly, we admire the resilience.
Before arriving here, Monty was found as a stray with his best friend, Magnolia, who has since found her forever home. Through everything he’s experienced, Monty has somehow held onto the sweetest heart and the happiest outlook imaginable.
He loves other dogs, enjoys meeting people, walks beautifully on leash, and approaches life with the enthusiasm of someone who genuinely wants to get it right.
He’s still learning.
Still growing.
Still discovering that scary things often turn into really good things.
We’re hoping his next lesson is the easiest one yet.
