After meeting this Henry, we completely understand.
Henry Lasso is an absolutely precious puppy with soulful eyes, a tiny white streak on his chest and, according to official shelter measurements, the largest ears currently operating in the building.
We cannot get a picture that does these ears justice.
These ears can hear a cheese wrapper open in Warwick.
We briefly contacted TF Green because, when fully extended, Henry appears capable of disrupting regional flight patterns. Air traffic control has assured us he is not currently cleared for takeoff.
Henry remains optimistic.
He will likely grow into a small to medium sized adult, although that estimate applies only to the dog. The ears are being evaluated separately.
Underneath all that advanced listening equipment is the sweetest little baby. Henry is gentle, adorable and still figuring out this enormous world. Like every puppy, he needs a family ready for training, socialization, puppy chaos and a lifetime commitment.
At its heart, Ted Lasso was about love, family and knowing which people make a place feel like home.
Ted crossed an ocean to get back to his Henry. Our Henry just needs someone willing to drive to Cranston and give him the kind of home they can’t wait to return to.
