This is Christian Diog and this puppy has expectations. Christian somehow already carries himself with the confidence of a man who summers in Newport despite having no income, no credit history, no employment, and absolutely no discernible plan for paying property taxes. He has already informed us that the West Bay is lovely, but Bellevue Avenue is much more aligned with his brand. He would prefer harbor views and apparently he has rejected several imaginary properties because the hydrangeas were “a little pedestrian.”
Christian’s long-term plan seems fairly straightforward: Summer in Newport, Winter in St. Bart’s, and spend the remainder of the year stretched horizontally across furniture purchased by other people. Please understand that Christian will not be “getting bigger.” He will be expanding the brand (it was very important to him that we included that part). Honestly, his confidence is inspiring. Christian is now accepting applications for a family prepared to provide the lifestyle to which he has somehow already become accustomed.
