Billie has a bright personality and a constant, irresistibly sweet expression. She is sweet, affectionate, and already has our volunteer team head over heels in love with her every move. She is always down to play and then happily settles in for cuddles. Billie is originally from Puerto Rico so she’s not loving the weather but we promised her that it’s only temporary (sort of). She can’t wait to have a family to call her own and would love to meet you.
