Gabby has officially elected herself “Director of Fun”.
Was there an election? No.
Was anyone consulted? Also no.
Gabby has a very simple philosophy regarding life: Find dogs to play with. Locate toys to start a game. Make sure everybody participates. Repeat until bedtime.
Big dog? Great. Little dog? Excellent. Shy dog standing awkwardly on the sidelines? Gabby has noticed and recruited you. You’re playing too.
Gabby is sweet, very social, ridiculously adorable, and committed to making sure nobody wastes an otherwise perfectly good afternoon by standing around doing nothing.
We think she may have some type of Heeler mix in her, which would certainly help explain the adorable tricolor package, the enthusiasm, and her sincere belief that everyone else’s location and activity level are somehow her business.
Gabby is a great manageable size and would be a wonderful addition to a home with another playful dog. She does not require a canine sibling. But if your current dog has been complaining that nobody around here knows how to have fun anymore?
We may have found your girl.
A fenced yard would be a huge bonus for Gabby. Not because she requires one. Because recreational activities are significantly easier to supervise when the Director of Fun has room to conduct business.
Gabby is still a young dog and will benefit from continued training, structure, exercise, and plenty of opportunities to use that busy little brain.
Most importantly, she is looking for a family ready for a sweet, playful girl who plans to take household entertainment very seriously.
