Darwin is ready to leave his past behind and start the life he’s always deserved. This guy was left behind, chained in a backyard when his previous owners moved but he hasn’t lost his loving, easygoing spirit. He is the perfect medium sized companion with a great balance of playful energy and calm affection. He walks nicely on leash and is always up for an adventure, especially if it means getting out to explore the world with his person.
Darwin truly shines when he’s around other dogs. He’s a fantastic playmate, especially for energetic pups, and absolutely loves stretching his legs with some joyful zoomies in the yard. Once he’s gotten his playtime in, he’s more than happy to settle down for a cozy nap on his bed. He also does well with cats, making him a great fit for many types of homes. Darwin didn’t deserve the start he had but we’re determined to make sure his future is filled with stability, love, and a family who will never let him go.
