Requirements: A family with other dogs without children under 12 with a fully fenced in yard.
Rosemary was really struggling at the rescue and was lucky enough to find an AMAZING foster home where she can decompress and work on her confidence. She needs a family willing to give her the time and patience she needs to go from shelter dog to family pet. Her forever home is required to have a fully fenced in yard because she is scared easily by noise and is a flight risk. She is VERY shy around new people but once you gain her trust, prepare yourself for LOTS of sloppy kisses. She loves playing with her toys but she is just as happy with an afternoon cuddle session. She has been working very hard on her leash skills, potty training, and learning commands. She is up to date on vaccinations. Please consider taking a chance on an amazing dog and come in during adoption hours to meet her.
CHEDDAR
Cheddar is the kind of dog who leaves an impression. There is a natural charm about him that draws people in, and his gentle nature makes it VERY easy to fall in love. Just look at that smile. He was born on 3/4/20 and is a Rough Collie mixed breed. Beyond his striking good looks, Cheddar also has an amazing personality. He is a very sweet guy and he enjoys being around people. He would love nothing more than to find a family he could love forever very soon. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.
BLONDIE
Meet Blondie. She is turning 1 on 5/1/25 and we REALLY want to give her the birthday gift of a forever home. Blondie should be celebrating milestones surrounded by a loving family, but instead, she’s facing her first birthday from behind kennel doors.
She is a gorgeous Lab mix that radiates happiness anytime she’s running in the yard or soaking up affection from people she trusts. An active household would be perfect for her fun puppy energy. She is also a big fan of long naps and a good cuddle. She gets along well with other dogs (pending a successful meet and greet) but has not been cat tested yet. She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. Let's make this birthday the beginning of Blondie's happy ending.
MIRA
Meet Mira. DOB: 4/17/23. Breed: Pit Bull mix. Requirements: A home with women only and without children under 12. Mira’s family has made the very difficult decision to re-home her, and while we understand that situations like this can be emotional, we will not tolerate negativity or judgment. They have spent the past year giving her time to adjust, but despite their best efforts, she continues to struggle with fear of men, particularly the father in the home. This has created a stressful environment for everyone involved, and finding her the right home is the most compassionate choice for her Mira. Mira LOVES women and when she feels safe she is extremely affectionate. With patience and understanding, she will form a strong bond and become a deeply loyal companion. She loves to play but loves hanging on the couch just as much. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. If you are a fit and can provide her with the stability she needs, please consider giving her a chance.
MASSIMO, BLACK JACK, & MALONE
Massimo, Black Jack, and Malone are SO ready for forever homes. They were born on 10/31/24 and they are a Terrier mixed breed. We do not know the size or weight they will be as adults. They are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been neutered.
