Daphne is a VERY good girl that is STILL dreaming of her forever home. Just look at her perfect smile! She has spent far too long waiting for someone to see how special she is and we don’t know why. She was born on 1/21/21 and is a lovely Lab mix. Cuddling on the couch or simply the chance to be by your side is all that she has ever wanted. She does very well on a leash and will never pass up the chance to stop and smell the flowers. She will absolutely remind you to slow down and see the beauty in the little things. She is up to date on vaccinations and is very ready to start the next chapter of her life. Come meet her, look into her eyes, and you will understand exactly why we’re rooting for her.

Bruce is finally ready for his forever home! This distinguished gentleman is 12, but don’t tell him that - he’s still got places to go and squirrels to chase. He is a very handsome, male, Min Pin mix. He came to us extremely sick and was eventually diagnosed with Lyme disease. You helped us raise funds to get him healthy and we couldn’t be more appreciative! After treatment, he’s feeling better than ever. Bruce loves walks, being outside, and a good Netflix binge session. His ideal family would not have children or cats. He’s a guy that likes what he likes. He also told us to mention that he’s not a huge fan of getting picked up. He’s not a baby, he’s a dignified gentleman. Treats are definitely the way to Bruce’s heart and he will return the favor with a lot of love. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered. Hugo is doing his best to hang in there while he waits for a foster or forever home. He needs a hero and he really needs it fast! Please read the entire post to understand his situation: If you have been following us you know that Hugo is one of the longest residents we have EVER had and has waited over a YEAR for the right forever home. Hugo was born on 8/7/20 and is a large mixed breed. He needs a VERY particular adopter. He is looking for a single female home only. Unfortunately, he cannot under any circumstance be placed in a home with men (he has been ok with men in passing and did well at a Santa photoshoot). The reason we are requiring a single female home is because Hugo has had issues bonding with one human instead of both. We are trying to remove ANY issue possible to keep Hugo from being returned again. We think this is unfortunately a non-negotiable for him. He also requires a home without other animals or children. We realize that such a specific home is way harder to come by and that is why we are begging for help networking him so the right person hopefully sees his plea for help. With all that said, Hugo is really a good dog who just needs to find the right person for him. Our team is 90% female and everyone that knows or has worked with Hugo here adores him. Going on adventures is one of his favorite things—long walks, car rides, and exploring new & quiet places make him the happiest. He does well on a leash and is a very smart dog. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations and has been neutered.
