MIRANDA – EGAPL Heart of RI

Unfortunately, Miranda’s forever home did not work out and she is back at the rescue. She now requires a home without men to make her comfortable. LOOK HOW PERFECT SHE IS! Miranda is a 1 year old, female, Pit Bull mixed breed. She is shy around new people but has a LOT of love to give and will absolutely be worth the effort to get her to trust you. She is always down for a good cuddle session and will make an excellent Winter binge watching buddy. She needs a home with a fully fenced in back yard and without children under 12. She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. PLEASE HELP US FIND HER THE HAPPY ENDING SHE DESERVES!

Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.

ROBIN

Robin is a stunning new mom that is ready for her forever home. After having 6 healthy puppies she can't wait for some pampering and time to herself. She is a 4 year old, female, Pit Bull mixed breed. She is up to date on vaccinations.

JACKSON

Meet Jackson, a VERY long term resident, DREAMING of a family. He has been waiting MONTHS for someone to pick him and we are heartbroken that he is still here. Jackson turned 3 years old on December 30th and despite our AMAZING staff/volunteer team spoiling him, he spent the day without a home. Jackson is a handsome Pit Bull mixed breed. He was adopted into a home with another dog (after a successful meet and greet on site) but unfortunately the dogs had trouble sharing. He is not aggressive with other dogs but we believe his ideal home would not have other animals. We want to set him up for success! He's a big boy that needs a home with plenty of space to stretch his legs and play. He does well on a leash and likes going for walks. He's also VERY happy cuddling on the couch. He is smart and is eager to learn. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

JADORE

Meet Jadore! This purr-fect kitten lives up to her name and will have you falling in love immediately. She is 4 month old, female, Domestic Short Hair mixed breed looking for love in RI. Jadore has an absolutely gorgeous white coat and she can’t wait to find her forever home. She is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and is going to make an adorable addition to one lucky family.

HUGO

Hugo is STILL looking for an immediate foster or forever home. He is one of our longest residents. He asked Santa for a forever home but unfortunately no one came for him. Hugo is a 3.5 year old, male, mixed breed. He is a happy and big boy that is looking for a family without children or other pets so he can soak up all of your attention. His ideal home would preferably not have men (he did well with Santa but men typically stress him out). This ladies man likes going on long walks and loves exploring outside. He does well on a leash, likes going for car rides, and enjoys any time outside of a kennel. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations and has been neutered.
