Sage can't wait to find a forever home! She will be 1 on May 15th and she is a very smart, female, Lab mixed breed. She was lucky enough to find an amazing foster home where she is getting the chance to decompress and has been working on her confidence. *Please note: Sage is only on site Saturday’s 10am-2pm.* Although she is very timid initially, her foster mom raves about what a silly, sweet, and affectionate dog she is. She has been learning basic commands, has already mastered crate training, and has not had a single accident. She loves other dogs and her ideal home would absolutely have fur siblings for her to play with. Sage will thrive in an active home where she can get her daily zoomies out and play fetch. A fully fenced in yard is highly recommended. She is up to date on vaccinations and is SO ready to begin the next chapter of her life. If you’re willing to invest a little time to gain her trust, she will reward you with endless love.

Massimo, Black Jack, and Malone are SO ready for forever homes.  They were born on 10/31/24 and they are a Terrier mixed breed. We do not know the size or weight they will be as adults. They are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been neutered.

Unfortunately, Hugo's forever home did not work out and he is back at the rescue. He needs a hero and he really needs it soon. We are BEGGING for help networking him so he does not have another long shelter ahead of him. We aren't sure how much more this poor guy can take. He is one of the longest residents we have EVER had and has waited over a YEAR for the right forever home. Hugo was born on 8/7/20 and is a large mixed breed. He is looking for a single female home only. He cannot under any circumstance be placed in a home with men. The reason we are requiring a female single home is because Hugo has had issues bonding with one human instead of both. We are trying to remove any issues possible to keep Hugo from being returned and we think this is unfortunately not a negotiable for him. He also requires a home without other animals or children. We realize that such a specific home is harder to come by and we really need help networking him endlessly so the right person sees him. With all that said, Hugo is really an amazing dog who just needs to find the right person for him. Going on adventures is one of his favorite things—long walks, car rides, adoption events, and exploring new places make him the happiest. He does well on a leash and is a very smart guy. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations and has been neutered. 

Meet Thyme. He was born on 5/15/24 and is a Lab mixed breed. We are heartbroken at the prospect of him spending his 1st birthday in a cage. We really need help finding him a family. Some dogs do a lot better than others in a shelter setting but this poor guy is really struggling. His siblings are both thriving in foster homes and he would really love a break from the noise. Please consider changing his life by coming in to apply to foster or adopt him.  Thyme is a very affectionate boy once he knows you and feels safe. His new family will need to have patience with him while he adjusts to life outside of the shelter. He requires a home with a fully fenced in yard so he can play and explore safely. He will be SO worth the time and effort and is going to make an amazing best friend.
